NDB Wealth Management Limited ("NDBWM") is the largest private sector wealth management company in Sri Lanka with over 30 years of industry experience and over LKR 200 Billion in Total Assets Under Management as of September 30, 2023 offers customized wealth management solutions to its diverse clientele. The expertise of NDBWM has enabled the Company to deliver innovative savings and investment solutions to the Sri Lankan market.
Investment Banking
NDB Capital Group offers a comprehensive range of investment banking services with a particular focus on debt and equity structuring and placements. In addition, the Group also specializes in corporate advisory services and facilitation of mergers & acquisitions. These fee-based investment banking services are offered through NDB Investment Bank Limited ("NDBIB") in Sri Lanka and NDB Capital Limited ("NDBCapBD") in Bangladesh.

Private Equity
NDB Zephyr Partners Limited, a joint venture company of NCAP based in Mauritius, is in the business of managing Private Equity Funds and currently manages the "Emerald Sri Lanka Fund I", the largest Private Equity fund dedicated to Sri Lanka. The Fund invests in equity or equity-related securities in growth-oriented organizations in Sri Lanka.
